2.1. You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner while using the Platform, which includes refraining from engaging in any harassing, threatening, or disruptive behavior.

2.2. You will not upload, post, or share any content that violates intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, or proprietary information.

2.3. We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Platform, you consent to such collection and processing.

2.4. Courses should only be accessed on a single device. Sharing accounts is not allowed, as it can lead to login issues. Unauthorized sharing may result in account suspension, with repeated violations leading to permanent account suspension.

2.5. Access to the REKCAH ACADEMY online platform must be done without the use of VPNs, as VPN usage may result in improper functionality.


Section 3: Intellectual Property Terms and Conditions


3.1. Ownership: All course content, including text, videos, audio, images, and any other materials provided through REKCAH ACADEMY's online courses, are the intellectual property of REKCAH ACADEMY or its content providers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

3.2. License to Access: When you enroll in a course at REKCAH ACADEMY, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal educational purposes only.

3.3. Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any course content without prior written permission from REKCAH ACADEMY.


The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of REKCAH ACADEMY and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Oman and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of REKCAH ACADEMY.


Section 4: Violation of Intellectual Property Terms

4.1. Account Disabling: REKCAH ACADEMY reserves the right to disable or terminate your account if you are found to have violated these intellectual property terms and conditions.


By accessing and using REKCAH ACADEMY's online courses, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these intellectual property terms and conditions. Violation of these terms may lead to the disabling of your account.


Section 5: Copyright Violation Warning and Affidavit


5.1. Copyright Violation Warning:


a. REKCAH ACADEMY takes copyright violations seriously and will enforce its policies to protect intellectual property rights.


b. Instructors found violating copyright laws or our platform's policies will be subject to warnings, educational interventions, and potential penalties.


5.2. Warning System:


a. First Offense: Instructors found in violation of copyright policies will receive a written warning.


b. Second Offense: Instructors found in violation of copyright policies for a second time will receive a final warning.


c. Third Offense: Instructors who violate copyright policies for a third time will be subject to further action, including suspension or termination of their account.


5.3. Affidavit of Copyright Compliance:


a. Instructors who receive a final warning (second offense) will be required to submit an "Affidavit of Copyright Compliance" to affirm their understanding and commitment to copyright compliance.


b. This affidavit will be legally binding and subject to the penalty of perjury.


c. Failure to submit the affidavit within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of an instructor's account.


5.4. Legal Action:


a. REKCAH ACADEMY reserves the right to pursue legal action against instructors who repeatedly and willfully violate copyright policies despite warnings, educational efforts, and the affidavit requirement.


b. Legal action may include seeking damages, penalties, or injunctive relief as permitted by copyright laws and applicable regulations.


5.5. Dispute Resolution:


a. Any disputes related to copyright violations, warnings, or the affidavit requirement shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal means as necessary, and in accordance with the laws of Oman.


Section 6: Attribution Instructions for Instructors


6.1. Importance of Attribution:


Instructors are responsible for ensuring that all course content complies with copyright and licensing agreements. Proper attribution is essential to acknowledge the sources and credits of any third-party materials used in the course. This helps maintain transparency, respect intellectual property rights, and ensures compliance with our platform's policies.


6.2. On-Screen Attribution:


To facilitate proper attribution, instructors are encouraged to include a brief, clear, and visible attribution within each video where third-party materials are used. This on-screen attribution should be displayed for at least five seconds at the start of the video and should include information such as the source, creator, and any required license details.


6.3. Supplementary Attribution:


If the on-screen attribution is not sufficient to cover all necessary details, instructors may provide additional attribution information in the course description or below the video. This can include more extensive attributions, explanations, or links to external sources, ensuring that learners have access to comprehensive attribution details.


6.4. Compliance:


Instructors are responsible for ensuring that their courses adhere to all copyright and licensing agreements. Any misuse or failure to provide proper attribution for third-party materials may result in content removal and account restrictions.


By following these attribution guidelines, instructors contribute to the integrity and professionalism of our platform while respecting the rights of content creators and licensors.


Section 7: APA Style Citation Instructions for Instructors


All instructors on REKCAH ACADEMY's online platform are required to use the APA Style for all citations. The recommended APA citation should be included at the beginning or end of the video, and if instructors are using a PowerPoint presentation, they must include their APA citation on a specific slide or provide a reference at the end of the PowerPoint.


Section 8: Be One of Us!


No Risk: At REKCAH ACADEMY, there are no fees associated with applying as an instructor; instead, you have the opportunity to earn more by creating multiple online courses on our platform.


Section 9: Certified Instructor Enrollment Requirement


All REKCAH ACADEMY instructors are required to enroll in the FREE course 'How to Become a Certified Instructor at REKCAH ACADEMY' to ensure a full understanding of our instructional process.


Section 10: Time-Based Earnings Structure (US dollars)


In this structure, the amount a person earns depends on the duration of their activity, with different rates applied for different time intervals. The Instructor will earn $2 for every 15 minutes, $4 for every 30 minutes, $6 for every 45 minutes, and $8 for every 60 minutes. This payment scale is designed to align with our mission and vision.


Section 11: Instructor Payment Structure


REKCAH ACADEMY is an online platform designed to boost course enrollment through our marketing and promotional events. When a sale is made through these efforts, you will receive a 70% commission. However, if a customer is directed to your courses as a result of your promotional initiatives, you are eligible for a 50% commission, but you must contact the ADMIN for additional instructions. Therefore, your earnings on REKCAH ACADEMY will fluctuate depending on the effectiveness of your marketing endeavors. Taxes and a fixed fee may be subtracted from the total amount, depending on the currency used.

Section 13: Quality Course Check


a. A minimum of 15 minutes of video material is required

b. A maximum of 40 hours of video material is required

c. Valuable Educational Content (articles, videos, courses, resources)

d. Video Quality (video quality should be 720p or 1080p; 16:9 aspect ratio)

e. Audio Quality (clear and doesn't distract students)

f. Course Image (thumbnail is 400x250p; image quality 720p or 1080p)

g. Course Title and Course Short Description or Subtitle (Include KEYWORDS)

h. Intended Learners (write a full course description)

i. What I Will Learn (what to expect and how to succeed)

j. Instructor Biography (about you)

k. The 'course title' should be a minimum of 60 characters but not exceed 72 characters.

l. The "course short title or subtitle" should be a minimum of 40 characters but not exceed 140 characters.

m. Please be aware that when uploading videos to the REKCAH ACADEMY FILE SERVER via FTP, each video must not exceed 50 megabytes in size. Videos exceeding this limit will be automatically deleted during processing.


Section 14: Instructor's Content


You are the owner of your content. You can close your course, but be sure the existing students will have access to it. You are unable to delete your outdated or older courses that were published previously but are no longer available or have been closed for certain reasons. This is done to safeguard the students at REKCAH ACADEMY who still have access to your course. Once you become an instructor on REKCAH ACADEMY, you grant us permission to access, copy, and use your content for the purpose of enhancing and benefiting the platform. All Instructor's materials will bear the REKCAH ACADEMY logo. Under no circumstances is sharing the YOUTUBE link video URL provided by the REKCAH ACADEMY WEB TEAM for your online course permitted without proper permission.


Section 15: Selling Courses on Other Platforms


Instructors are allowed to offer their REKCAH ACADEMY course on other websites or services. However, there


's a condition: If your course costs money on REKCAH ACADEMY, you can offer it for the same price or even less on other platforms. If you charge more or give it away for free elsewhere, we might remove your course from our website or temporarily suspend it.


Section 16: Purchases


If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.


You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.


By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.


Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

In no event shall REKCAH ACADEMY, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
