Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on REKCAH ACADEMY can be refunded within 15 days, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.

Our 15-day policy

At REKCAH ACADEMY, we're committed to providing our students with a risk-free learning experience. Our 15-day refund policy allows you to explore our courses without any concerns during this initial period. It's important to note that this refund policy is limited to the first 15 days after your course purchase. After this period, we cannot process refund requests.

The reason for this additional 15-day holding period is twofold: First, it helps safeguard our dedicated instructors by reducing the risk of potential fraud. Second, it ensures a fair and reliable payment schedule for our instructors. So, while you have the freedom to request a refund within the initial 15 days, please be aware that refunds will be processed after this additional 15-day period to uphold these important principles.

Additional reasons for denied refunds

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

  • A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested. In other words, the students have already "consumed" or "downloaded" a significant portion of the course materials or resources.
  • Excessive or Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course. It means that a student has asked for a refund for the same course multiple times, such as by sending multiple refund requests or emails.
  • Users who have their account reported, banned, or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or Privacy. It means that users who break the platform's rules or privacy policy may have their accounts reported, be banned, or lose access to courses, and this can affect their eligibility for refunds.
