1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using REKCAH ACADEMY (rekcahacademy.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Description of Service

REKCAH ACADEMY is an e-learning platform providing training courses in cybersecurity and Microsoft certifications, including AZ-900, SC-900, AZ-500, MS-500, Microsoft Purview, and more. We also provide eBooks, an interactive community forum, and an IT products shop.

3. Legal Framework — Sultanate of Oman

REKCAH ACADEMY operates under the following Omani legislation:

• Royal Decree No. 69/2008 — Combating Cybercrime Law: Prohibits unauthorized access to electronic systems, data falsification, and electronic fraud. Violations are subject to criminal prosecution in Oman.
• Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) — Oman: We comply with TRA guidelines on digital services, consumer protection, and electronic communications in the Sultanate.
• Royal Decree No. 80/2011 — Electronic Transactions Law: All commercial transactions conducted on our platform are legally binding and enforceable under Omani law.
• Ministerial Decision No. 2019/180 — Cybersecurity Regulations: We maintain the highest cybersecurity standards to protect user data and financial information per this regulation.
• Royal Decree No. 55/2021 — National Information Technology Authority (NITA): We cooperate with Oman's national cybersecurity directives to ensure platform integrity.
• Consumer Protection Law — Oman: All consumers in Oman are protected by applicable consumer rights, including the right to accurate information and fair refund practices.

4. Legal Framework — Republic of the Philippines

For Filipino users, our services are also governed by:

• Republic Act 10175 — Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012: Any unauthorized access, data interference, system interference, or misuse of our platform constitutes a criminal offense under Philippine law with penalties including imprisonment and fines.
• Republic Act 10173 — Data Privacy Act of 2012: We comply with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) regulations regarding collection, storage, use, and processing of personal data of Filipino users. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your data.
• Republic Act 8792 — Electronic Commerce Act of 2000: All electronic contracts and transactions on our platform are legally binding under Philippine law.
• Republic Act 7394 — Consumer Act of the Philippines: Filipino consumers are entitled to fair practices, accurate product descriptions, and applicable refund rights.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing login information is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at security@rekcahacademy.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on REKCAH ACADEMY — including video lessons, eBooks, and study materials — is protected by Omani and international intellectual property laws. Copying, distributing, or selling any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, any purpose violating Omani or Philippine cybercrime laws, or any attempt to compromise system security or steal data.

8. Modification of Terms

REKCAH ACADEMY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes shall be resolved in Omani courts, unless otherwise required by applicable Philippine or international law for Filipino users.
